We're 3 like-minded women passionate about positive change. We have walked very different paths but here in our collaborative year-end feature, we converge in sharing our experiences towards life and hope this inspires your personal development and well-being.
Esther created cr3o to facilitate career transitions from “corporate lives” to “purposeful lives”. If you are ready for the next level in your personal development, “The Importance of Creating a Powerful Vision”
is a key element within her step by step process to get you from where you are to where you want to be.
Siew Yong founded Your Presence Heals to promote preventive care and self-healing through re-patterning, science of yoga, relaxation and meditation. Her contribution “Get Back to Your Presence”
is about getting back to our original space of awareness and healing of self through body work, right thought patterns and unfolding our infinite power within.
Woon started Chai Coaching with the focus on inspiring and energizing clients to succeed on their own terms. Her post “Corporate Consciousness”
is about the importance of harnessing corporate consciousness positively to increase an enterprise’s performance and elevate the well-being of all individuals involved.
Wishing you a blissful 2012 ahead and look forward to sharing more motivating insights in the new year.

Arrived in Hogsback without really having any expectations, just knowing that we’ll be in the mountains. Feeling relaxed and the 3 of us were ready for a good long hike. Cross training is what I needed and lots of fresh air among indigenous tree. We couldn’t wait to pass by the Big Tree and arrive at the Madonna and Child Falls.

Was traveling back from Dubai when I stopped for a BK whopper at the International Airport. Something about airports and fast food seem to go well together but anyways, this has not the right train/flight of thought. =)

Today, for the record - "Love" has been certified Organic.
It seems presumptuous that I could make this decision but how about I let you match "Love" with the following Merriam Webster definition of “Organic” yourself?
2: of, relating to, or derived from living organisms <organic evolution>
3: forming an integral element of a whole : fundamental
4: having the characteristics of an organism : developing in the manner of a living plant or animal <society is organic>
5: of, relating to, or constituting the law by which a government or organization exists

Zipping around Taiwan on our rented scooter, made me think of all the benefits of being on a scooter versus a car –
1. being conscious of your immediate environment
2. finally making some eye contact with fellow travelers
3. taking in the sights and sounds
4. freedom to stop wherever you want
5. feeling vulnerable yet alive
I encourage everyone to embrace new cultures and experiences, so you could be consciously making eye contact with sights, feeling free to be vulnerable. =)
